appreciate access to information and the role of math in technical
computing.

this is indeed an unrelated question but to my knowledge the only way to
do mathematics is using latex and this works well with Emacs. I think there
was a forum of blind people talking about these things you can search for
it and if it’s not active anymore we could make something new and not
bother people in these emailing list.
